 앨범(Reptile)에도 블루스에 보사노바라는 쟝르를 가미해 새로운 느낌을 주고 있다.

90년대의 힛트곡인 'tears in heaven'은 아들의 죽음을 소재로 하였고

동명 타이틀곡인 'Reptile'는 2000년 세상을 떠난 삼촌을 소재로 하였다.

또한 이 앨범에는 흑인 아티스트인 스티비 원더의 'I Ain't Gonna Stand For It'을 비롯
팝 명곡들을 블루스로 재 해석해 만들어 졌다.
